Reid at the HCD said their legal department is preparing a letter to go to cities that outlines their position on municipalities continuing to charge School District impact fees for <750sf ADU (violates new law) but don’t know when it will be done and sent out.I’d be happy to draft the letter for them as it seems like there is no sense of urgency to do it.
