Dishes and food in the sink, a spill (perhaps soda) that's deteriorated a good portion of the kitchen floor. 

For properties that we manage we send a Christmas card that we printed at VistaPrint to be more professional and include a food gift card of about $15.

Here is some food for thought regarding crowdinvesting as a prosperous option.

Whatever city Amazon picks will be interesting as I see techies needing entertainment, convenience of Ride Share companies and food deliveries, healthy political outlook from their politicians, and easy commute from airports to public transportation systems as they don’t Like owning cars.  

Rent out the soil: You can have organic growers locally who would like the extra land to grow their crops on your soil to make some more extra income and maybe some tasty food as well. hmmmmm spinach (maybe Popeye said this once)13.)

I was discussing this with another investor this week, and thought I'd ask the BP community...Do NNN corporations (fast food chains for example), typically lean towards looking for empty land, an existing vacant building or will they simply bulldoze and clear out any structure/s on a lot that meets their criteria for site development?

You need income to live on, appreciation is greatly over valued since it does not put food on the table.If there is a market adjustment coming you will want to liquidate your holdings in Ontario soon and reinvest in NB for cash flow.

The tenant was supposed to be out today, but her cat was still in the apartment along with several items (there was a load of laundry in the dryer and a freezer full of food!).

I like that idea, seems like a food way to try each other as a team and see how it goes.
