Hey Alex, a lot of great advice on here from some people with a lot of great experience in this market!  

Is it accurate in terms of finding people's cell phone numbers?

We plan to launch this in a few weeks, but you need people to interview right away, given that you are likely in process of being robbed. 

Special bonus if it's a landline number.I have my eye on 25 units in duplexes, quads and a 7-plex (my favorite size) owned personally (not in entities) by 5 different people now all over the age of 70. 

I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can.

The ones that people walk away from.

I just don't see how people can get all these assets so quick on one salary.

Found some good contractors, painters, floor installers, that I've already recommended to people and will again if you ask.
