What I've found is most tenants need to move in on the 1st, as they are moving from an apartment or other rental which they put their notice to be out at the end of the month.

Conventional lenders will not do reverse lending but portfolio lenders like private lenders and community banks that invest locally and hold their own notes have no problem with these at all.

Just wondering if any one has had experienced before :I just a notice from city of oakland, RAP stating that my ex-tenant filed a petition for reduce of services, for a broken and damaged fence, hole under the kitchen sink and window handlebar broken.

I called tenant to inform them of change of ownership and that I’d be serving them a 60 day notice to vacate.
