I've also been studying, lurking and reading and am looking to network and move forward with investing.

So I would be looking for an investor who would be interested in this type of rehab.I try to go to as many investor group meetings as I can and have begun networking with some local investors.

I'm personally just looking into buying my first property but it never hurts to network.

In the mean time watch the forums as we hold Bigger Pockets networking events every couple of months.

College is not for everyone and if you're going to be successful, that will happen whether you're in school or not...get out there & network!

Chris Boggs you have a good idea getting the semi load and maybe you network with a few investors several miles away or you just hustle em out of one of your garages or shop areas.
