You should have focused on unethical/unconstitutional nature of forcing property owners to provide housing services without compensation by their moratorium and the loss that you along with others are suffering as a result. 

The government tends to fail in an epic nature when it comes to getting involved in 'helping' as they don't know when to stop 'helping' - just as they don't know how to stop taxing so they can pay for their 'helping'. 

other than 3rd party expsenses and EM  have you paid the lender a app  fee or commitment fee or anything of that nature.. or just the apprasial and inspection ?
