We realized the bank was very eager and motivated to sell so we figured we'd at the very least ask for money because the worst thing they could of said was no.  

Sometimes it's hard to tell in pictures, but if prospects can tell that the property has been cleaned and detailed well (as opposed to broom finished), it can be motivating.

Does that access give me the ability to generate motivated seller lists, such as absentee owners or high equity properties, without paying further fees or do I still have to pay for the lists of the leads that is generated from Realquest Pro?

A BP user also mentioned "Impact Theory" on youtube and I have been enjoying that as well, which leads me to ask ya'll:How do you stay motivated (positive, hyped, excited etc) about, well, life? 

Can someone point me in direction of extremely motivated sellers and not just MLS?
