Realquest Pro Question

So I am looking to start my first ever direct marketing campaign.  I have access to Realquest Pro at my local library.  Does that access give me the ability to generate motivated seller lists, such as absentee owners or high equity properties, without paying further fees or do I still have to pay for the lists of the leads that is generated from Realquest Pro?
