The good part is that when it finally rented in January, that's a month that if it goes vacant again, it will likely be filled more quickly.When a tenant wants a property and they are still under a lease agreement, we ask for a deposit of the full security amount, have the lease start whenever they can move in, and sign it right away.

Sometimes when screwing back on you need to use plumbers thread tape as the grooves are worn out to fill the gap so no leaks are coming out.Is the leak coming out of the handle or the spout for the bath tub??
