Hello Can you buy a foreclosed home because i grew up next door to this lady and she has lost the home i even went online to look at the taxes on her home and it says foreclosed because it was owed 4500 in back taxes the lady was trying to sell the home for 15000$ is that possible?

It is refreshing seeing people on this site being so welcoming and inclusive no matter other members levels of expertise. 

Everybody wants to own the "cute" home or for that matter a recognizable home so long it's not because it's ugly.

Look at every unit interior of all units no matter what they may have made up not to see everyone. 

This is good because 1) no additional re portable income 2) I know if a tenant is serious or not if they go online and actually do it.

I knew little about the US property market (last year was my first visit to the US), so started reading everything I could get my hands on, listening to podcasts, and researching online.

I know FHA will not lend on building/unit described properties, but does that matter in the event of buying all 4 connected units?
