It was definitely challenging during the pandemic with price increases/long delays for materials but the hot housing market sure made it all worth it.

I have heard it is hard to get construction loans because of material and contractor shortages.

Not worth the headache between labor AND material shortage for someone trying to break into the biz right now.

Ive seen some advertisement before But cant recall exactly what company was offering that amount.

It is very simple, any change for additional work (labor and materials) requires a written change order signed (agreed to) by the owner.
