There are 3 entrances yet only one basically works and that room is bein held up by cinderblocks.I could go on and on, hoping just one person sees this and makes them think twice before taking any of his courses, buying from him, or renting from him without knowing  the high risks that come with doing business with him. 

I have a very limited area I want to buy in because I require a school district score of 7-8 through all years. in North West Indiana that covers about 4-5 areas.

Also, the opportunity cost of leaving the property vacant for a year while paying a mortgage on it and not receiving rental income is much higher than what the marginal difference in rate will cost you until you cashout refi it.

If you buy a nice investment, a bad manager can ruin it.

(Though maybe twice so maybe a bad example.)But if you buy an identical house 10 miles out of primary city for 20% less and charge 20% less rent.

The reason they offer training is so that you will know what to do to buy low and sell high for maximum gain.
