I'd be shocked if the agent's broker actually allowed him to do that.Agents who are broke tend to have one thing on their mind (It starts with a "C", and rhymes with "omission").I am a realtor myself, so I'm not knocking agents (broke or otherwise) by any means...I'm saying find one who puts your interests above their own.
