Hello all! TN landlord...I’m about to close on a foreclosure property with tenants in it! It was a steal so that’s why we had to get this one...only issue not sure if it is the person that defaulted or a real tenant...what tips do u have to approach this situation. Thanks!!! Any help will be great!!!
