I have to be honest i been all over the place from trying to wholesale with not much marketing due to lack of funds and finding out the hard way  its very difficult to accomplish this if you don't have a lot of cash to  starting out.

Honestly these types of deals are tough to do, and maybe a lot riskier than doing the deal yourself.
