We are seeing another flipper doing this in our area, he is habitual offender and it is very frustrating to wait out the count down clock to send in our offer and be beaten to it by these guys... twice now!

The seller's real frustration is that he found a buyer willing to pay a certain price, but the transaction can not be closed at said price because no one will lend the buyer enough money to make the transaction happen.Obviously, we don't know all the details of this transaction.

This was frustrating, and while there's the possibility someone did it on accident, it seems very suspicious.I imagine there are probably no consequences for unethical behavior like this.
