Hello all,Up until now, all of the sheriff's sales I've been to have had the attorney/firm name on the sale list.

I also have a theory that agents have started doing it because they don't want to be firm with their sellers about the price it should be listed at.

She works as a Project Manager for a local Architecture firm.
