My lease will expire in the winter. 

Their lease didn't expire until July 31,2021.

Good morning BiggerPockets,Would love to get your input on how to deal with the following situation.My tenant for the last 7 months whos lease will expire at end of May next year just called me and told me that one of her children was murdered and that she is not sure how she is going to be able to pay rent going forward as she needs to come up with money for a funeral.

They are currently on month-to-month since the lease expired.

Hello,I have a situation where the lease of a tenant of mine expired on July 31 and I am moving back into the unit.

The current tenants of 33 months and whose lease expires on 9/27/21 have always been great tenants in paying the rent on time.

Their lease expires on October 1st and we're not sure whether it makes more sense to try and list the house now while our tenants are occupying it, or wait until they move out to put it on the market. 

Our lender has now missed 3 closing dates, changed the terms on us twice, their appraiser has gone awol, and now my contract is about to expire.  

Hey Anthony, the covid eviction moratorium is set to expire on Sept 30th 2021 so tenants being aloud to not pay rent or be evicted should be coming to an end soon. 

Now all of sudden its in the inspection report.So my question is should I just let the Section 8 contract expire so she can get out of her lease?
