I was about to buy a rental at the start of covid. We were worried about renters not having to pay rent in Washington state. They still don't have too and the market is crazy here. Any advice?

Hey Anthony, the covid eviction moratorium is set to expire on Sept 30th 2021 so tenants being aloud to not pay rent or be evicted should be coming to an end soon.
