Both these tenants are government workers and so I feel that may be a higher likelihood of me winning such cases.

People are enamored with vacation rentals because they get caught up in feelings instead of the true numbers.

I'm sure that'll feel good for those people.

Even though they are the expert, you still need to ensure they fit you well.

Back then I really wanted to invest into real estate and I did value the knowledge of experts but the sales pitch made me think that my upfront 20k sacrifice would be repaid in a sequential frequency of wholesale deals based on claims of previous students with successful deals, thus reasoning it sequentially.

This was my first deal, so I feel like I'm still learning my way through.
