Anyone know a reputable title company or attorney that does high volume work with investors, familiar with double closings and creative (ethical) approaches?

How could 'ethically' loan officer is working for two companies for same/competing business?

I went through some ethics training a few years ago and learned a good method for making ethical decisions.

We have an ethical obligation to inform them and we are not interested in the slightest in helping this knucklehead cover up his bad deeds.I'd consider suing for damage to our reputation, but that sort of thing is pretty hard to prove.  

Keep in mind that knowing your contract and he code of ethics will help your more than you know when it comes to negotiation with both your own client and the other party.

I'd like to do what I love, and be in control of my time and the amount of revenue I make as of reflection of my work ethic.

I am a mechanical engineer with master's in electrical engineering by occupation and my day is not complete without the daily use and applications of different engineering and ethics codes.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

That type of behavior hurts the reputation of all the honest, ethical creative investors and makes it that much harder for us to do business.I know lots of people who do sub2 deals the right way and make a lot of money with this tool.
