@Ray Lai  Yes 39-49 cent is to much I have read and told by others though that bulk mail without a stamp may get a lower response rate.

As long as you are "continually employed" without gaps and you can show that it is part of your "career growth" you should be fine, in my experience.

I've read several BP threads on Trenton that are a year or more old and a few were very negative.

I could afford all the bills if I did have total vacancy because me and my husband are both still employed full time but I don't want that to have to.

I'd say most of the references you'll read are referring to these properties, just because whether to buy from those companies or not is more of the debate...versus a one-off turnkey-level property somewhere random.

I'm planning to call her employer to confirm and find out what day she gets paid.
