Refinance - Will job change affect refinancing

First Post Here Goes.

I'm new to REI and will be doing my first deal next year. I've been in my current job for the past 9 months and would like to switch jobs. I was in my previous job a few months when this new job was presented as an opportunity turns out it's not so great. I don't want to be seen as a job hopper although on the surface that's how it looks. I would like to do the BRRRR strategy. I was wondering if I were to change jobs by the end of the year how would that affect the refinance stage. I understand the basics of refinance. I want to know how length of current job affect refinancing. Thanks for any insight.
