I understand the importance of purchasing Title Insurance and always do, just curious if that process is something they are required to always do, are there any laws that require them to do so?

I am in the process of buying a condo in the Coral Springs,  FL area.

Home ownership is a lifestyle choice not a investment and is far more expensive than renting.It appears your life style choices are driving your decision making process.

If so, do I go through the process the same with the Title Compnay I plan to use? 

Borrower shall also be in default if Borrower, during the loan application process, gave materially false or inaccurate information or statements to Lender (or failed to provide Lender with any material information) in connection with the loan evidenced by the Note, including, but not limited to, representations concerning Borrower's occupancy of the Property as a principal residence."

I am in the process of buying another property but I want to check a couple of items in detail.

Next steps - once my list is complete , I will send postcards twice once every 30 days then a letters for the next two months.But I will keep focusing on driving for dollars and repeating the same process. 

I went through a HUD bid process and wonder if it's similar.

Flipping homes is no easy task and requires a lot of knowledge and expertise otherwise you will lose ALOT of money in the process.

If you want the bank to accept less than the balance owed, they will require you to go thru the short sale process.
