Wholesaling a house with Tax Deed

Hello,I am new to real estate investing so I am getting my feet wet by wholesaling. 

I started marketing to distressed sellers and someone came to me who was set to go to Tax Deed. 

Can I wholesale a house that is set to go to a Tax Deed aution a month or 2 from now? If so, do I go through the process the same with the Title Compnay I plan to use?
