Based on my research thus far, the SFH should rent for ^$1150 easily with each side of the duplex going for around $1000.

Using the numbers above and making some assumptions, if the Old Town condo is worth $600k and you owe $350k on the 1st, you should be able to tap into around $200k pretty easily. 

It is critical to be able to filter by equity.

Avoid it, you won't be able to move it easily when you have title.

If it's only a clearance issue that can be fixed pretty easily with a metal heat shield between the pipe and the wood.
