And we have one rental that's doing pretty good.

They seem to always stay rented with no problems at all due to the price, location, and them being pretty nice units.

Bloomingdale is and will remain pretty hot.

They haven't been too bad as far as dust (I have them in my own house, too).

This works for us since we are relatively close and we visit the house pretty frequently. 

I'm pretty concerned about market prices right now, but I also don't want to wait indefinitely for a market correction.
