Beyond that, most people are just dreaming of “one day” when they reach a milestone like a promotion or a raise because they believe that achievement will allow them to invest.So, high five.

Keep in mind Milwaukee is a diverse city and can change from block to block so zip codes are only so useful. 

Diversity is a community that is inclusive of everyone, not segregated.Facebook allows targeted ads based on demographics, but it is not allow when it comes to housing.

According to WalletHub, Toledo has just been ranked the 89th best city in the country to start a business and is the 3rd best city in Ohio to start a business, following Cincinnati and Columbus.Investors should invest here because of our diverse economic base and long term tenant pool.

The Cleveland area is quite diverse and can vary block to block in certain areas.2.  

Commercial medical space is great but hard to find smaller buildings with diverse set of tenants.

Beyond knowing the area, you could try to narrow down a market with a more detailed market analysis looking at factors like population growth, income growth, employment diversity and the like.
