We are neck deep into our second deal (jumping in both feet first) and we are running into a similar issue as with our first deal - sellers not disclosing or withholding info that we asked about verbally from the get go.

I have done a few in my day and they are TOUGH TOUGH and I have a deep amount of respect for those that can pull them off..

@Dustin Rose   very small group of partners.. they each have multiple deals.. my biggest one in the Deep south will have 20 going at anyone time.

Flipping business is a fascinating one I'd like to deep my feet in eventually.

Perhaps after peak season there will be more inventory, but I'm not holding my breath.

if you want to have a continual stream of business that ever has referrals then I would drill deep and figure out why you are wholesaling and how that serves your customers. 

While I can take a deep breath for finishing this step, but it's not over yet.
