Deal #1 is done. Saving for deal #2.

Today I received the keys toy first property. In July I made a goal to buy my 1st property before the 2022 ends. And today my goal is accomplished. I have gone through one loan approval, but failed, 2 maybes, and then 1 we will do our best. The last one did their best and got me approved. While I can take a deep breath for finishing this step, but it's not over yet. Next I have to rehab, rent, then refinance. The (BRRR strategy).

For those newbies starting out and keep hearing nos, don't give up. Keep looking and keep asking questions there is hope.
