I'd be pretty surprised if it's "making her daughter sick" sounds like she's trying to scare you. 

This fire, while caused some mental stress, financial didn’t even cause me a bump in the road.

My goals are to gain financial freedom and to leave a legacy for my daughter not only with wealth, but with knowledge as well.

I also do websites, graphic design, logo design and social media marketing but I haven't been doing a lot of that type of work lately because my day job as a Community Manager takes a lot of mental energy.

I can recall 3 local murders committed by tenants in private homes...one was over 5 years ago but the victim was the owners small daughter.

When I knew him, the guy was wearing an ankle monitor courtesy of the county because he got drunk and beat up his daughter after he found out she was prostituting herself.

So I reached out to one of his daughters on Facebook.

Just an idea...no experience whatsoever and not even sure if a new house cost minus profit and marketing is a better deal than a well priced resale...but that guy was doing it years ago and they moved three times around when my daughter knew theirs.

That same mentality will stand you in good stead, regarding buying pure rentals too!

I was talking to his girlfriend today about it and she said that they can smell pot in the closet of his daughters room from the upstairs neighbors, also that the girl cursed at his 5 year old daughter.
