I also make sure to have a security camera system at the self-storage facilities that are linked to an app that I can view remotely or on my phone.

Right now, I cook but I'm hoping to be able to quit my job within the next few months.Now I'm just waiting on calls and planning other marketing campaigns.

I am in the process of trying to purchase some land to open up a much needed storage facility in Montana. 

-Are Contractor Garages a good option to add to a storage facility/what is the typical square footage per capita needed?

They have been building it out (i.e. not currently in use) to use as a salon suite facility in which people like hair stylists, nail technicians, etc can rent out their own private "suite" to run their business out of.

It's getting some momentum from the Euclid affect (new Amazon facility, lots of rejuvenation efforts, etc.) and also the Waterloo Arts District trend factor that is picking up speed.

Asheville has been working on many projects here lately, and I will list some of them now; A Biltmore development plan, 360 HIlliard Development - affordable and mixed income community, city hall elevators, Dearview community center, looking to rebuild/replace the electric substation in downtown, Haywood st, Jake Rusher Park, Linwood Community Center, Magnolia Park, Mtn Side Park/Memorial Stadium/Oakhurst Park refurbishments and repairs, onsite solar power for facilities across the county, outdoor dining on public street initiatives, playground renovations, Richmond Hill Park, Splashville is getting some needed refurbishments, Tempie Avery Community Center, Vermont Ave Sidewalks.
