I've spent the past two years in the management field developing the relevant skill set required to competently manage both buildings (still have a long way to go).

I am new to most of this stuff but I am currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and in one of the chapters it says that an important thing to have in knowledge is accounting skills.

It is that easy to gain more knowledge and be more skilled when it comes to the real estate industry.

Among the high tax states a lot of them have net out-migration like MA, NY, Cali.Problem is when you raise taxes, the guys that leave have jobs, skills and money.
