Id depends on your tax situation, option 1 provides the tax shelter for gains since its a roth solo K while it provides no real world tax advantages so depending on your income and tax situation you would do one or the other and perhaps both to find a fine balance of tax efficiency and gains through real estate investing.There is no black or white and each person will vary depending on their specific situation.

My suggestion would be the following: Get quotes from a print shop for the following: #10 Envelopeswhatever color you want for said envelopes1/0 blackreturn address imprintedqty 15-20k (buy the whole six month supply, best pricing) Then you will need a quote for the paper letters: 8.5 x 1120# Bond1/0 black + variable data (you will want to put on their names and address in question) qty 2,500 Then you will need a quote for mailing services, just in case: NCOA, inkjet envelopes, stuff, fold, sort, seal, tray and deliver to USPSqty 2,500 a month for six months(commit and tell them you are looking to do this for six months, you might get better pricing) Then you can use THEIR bulk mail stamp, saving you $400 and all the hassle I mentioned above.
