The secondary market of people buying those loans shut down and we are waiting for the market to reopen before we begin offering those loans again.  

This might be premature but was wondering what your views may be of renters with a foreclosure or evection due to the COVID shut downs. 

100% my opinion : I think that in the next 2-3 weeks the schools are to have cases and then they are going to shut down schools and then quickly shut more of the area down and then the eviction protection will be either reenacted or extended.

The city will shut off utilities, and they will not set them up with a new account at another address until all past due bills are paid.

He trashed the house so badly I sold it to the church across the street at 75% of what I paid for it and they tore it down.

I thought that the city had to apply all fees equally in the area....we have to pay this bill otherwise our water for the building gets shut off.

We had one farm family set up a very cute barn for parties, but they were shut down by the county, because it wasn't appropriate for a farm. 

Not to mention she hasn't paid her utility bill since November and they will not shut it off because of COVID.
