I shouldnt have to deal with this crazy woman following me around, lying and saying im doing things I am not, then when I ask for proof ( pics or video), she then has hearings for the "incidents" that have no proof, says the fines are in abeyance, saying if the incident happens again they can automatically fine me without proof.. then starts randomly fining with no proof of an incident.I moved to this community for a reason, and i am not going to be pushed out by some old lady that everyone is afraid to stand up to.I have video proof of her screaming and threatening me.

Overhead and profit and sales tax. clearly fit into this definition and should be included in both the replacement cost and actual cash value amounts.After I approved the estimate to be sent to my insurance person, a week and half later he sends another VERY FALSE LIES ALL THE WAY Invoice to my insurance company claiming a leak under my cement slab and it was going to cost close to $8000.

No reason to hold on to tenants that have no qualms about lying to their landlord.When you send out the non renew use renovation as a plausible excuse to back you up.

The only justification to me is the potential that would lie in - Upping the ARV and the rentsGaining on cash flow and depreciation in a really good marketBuying and having a tenant pay down a mortgage vs sitting on my cash.In this particular market the comps are selling at 60-100% above assessed values.

Realtors don't think much of wholesalers, most wholesalers who are doing what you are doing lie and say they are cash buyers.
