If you live more that 25 miles outside the city you need to have either a registered Property Manager or a certified rental agent that is local to the property for the office to work with.

It has an income restriction for qualified buyers, and is also deed restricted.I have excellent credit, and significant savings, and meet all other qualifications to purchase, however due to the non-profit nature of the position I have worked for nearly the past 5 years, my current income levels do not qualify me for enough to purchase conventionally.

My initial plan before this was to send a certified letter introducing myself, request a copy of their current lease, tenant information, change locks and provide new keys, provide new rent payment address, make sure the property is in decent condition and honor previous lease until it's over.
