Conventional financing Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

My wife is a new real estate agent and we are both new investors.

In 2021, I became a licensed real estate agent, but my heart led me toward the thrilling world of investments rather than sales.Currently, I'm on the exciting journey of building up reserves for my first property venture, likely in an out-of-state market.

i have had agents ask for this in the past. if it's off market, then everything is really between you and the seller.but post more info if this is not capturing the situation accurately

There is an immense amount of wisdom in the replies to this post, I hear a lot of positivity overall with a solid sprinkling of caution.I also question the validity of the agent's scenario you mention above in regards to taxes - you should speak to your CPA on how this purchase would impact you.
