Self storage is a business, not just real estate. 

I am also very interested in commercial real estate and the Commercial Property advisors protege program.

How true are public adjusters since they say or advertise they will inflate it to 80k but once you hire them ends up at not much money but their fees and associated business fees?

I'm a residential loan officer and I have a client who is taking out a loan (not through me) to buy a wharehouse for their business.

Learning things like the real estate vocabulary, sales scripts/tonality/processes, KPI's, acquisitions, evaluating deals, etc.

I've been reading a ton about real estate, and I'd be interested in becoming an investment-friendly real estate agent.

I did a search of IRS Form 590 and didn't find a single instance of "self directed", "self-directed", "real estate", "real property", or even "repair".

When I called Allstate and asked them to transfer the property to the LLC, they are saying that AllState policies does not allow a business to be listed as the owner of the policy.
