Hi all, I have always wondered if you can create your own company and brand but use a broker like Caldwell to do the brokering.

Anyone who is not serious about operating their business-be it agent, broker, wholesaler, LL etc typically falls first in an economic downturn.

He works for a long term broker by the name of Pat Noon at Noon & Associates.

Looking to learn from/hang real estate salesperson license with a broker who specializes in short sales in the south jersey and or south east PA region.

I was a real estate broker in Texas for about 30 years and the bulk of my experience of about 30 years in and around Dallas, Texas where I was born and raised. 

I was also a licensed real estate broker in Texas for about 30 years too. 

I've talked to our mortgage broker about securing a loan for a second property, and according to her, with our DTI ratio, we only qualify for about a $70,000 mortgage. 

I would think if you want to broker real estate those folks should just get a license.Also Robert let me ask you .. our state of Oregon is really cracking down on unlicensed wholesalers what's the state of NV position on selling real estate you don't own.. or brokering without a license.. do they just turn a blind eye or what.I made one comment one time about doing a loan for someone In Vegas in Bp and that generated a letter from the finance division of the state letting me know I am not licensed to do loans in NV and if I did I am subject to penalties etc..
