@Carrie GiordanoThere is no way around original signature but your situation is not uncommon and easily doableOnce your bid is accepted , your agent can print out and sign the agreement and overnight it to you and you will sign and overnight to the asset manager.Your agent can call or email the asset manager if y'all need an extra and they are usuallt accommodating

Then just follow through with the process.Finally, if you really want to allow pets, the Humane Society usually has a ready to use Pet Addendum, Pet Registration, and Pet Tips available on line ready to print, and covers most of the bases.

You can do what the newbies are doing and taking pictures on your phone and sending it back, but that is so horrible a format, potentially hard to read, takes up so much more data space, and difficult for the 2nd person to print out and sign.
