OK so now we get into audiences, and more specifically, targeting the ideal audience.Once you figure out how to target that ideal audience, now you have to figure out your message to that specific audience group.So extract their pains and desired situation and craft a message that COMPLETELY resonates with them.The better job you do the better success you have.Now ...before you even start... remember what I said.

Within two months, my wife and I received vulgar text messages from our former neighbor complaining about the tenants and noise.While fixing some items at the unit, the other neighbors on the block noted how great our tenants were and how appalling our former neighbor's behavior had been.We received word yesterday that our tenants will not be renewing their lease and are seeking to break it early - noting that the neighbor is simply intolerable.

@Vincent Ponte vacant possession with a hold back of $xx,xxx (make this a painfully large number, but the larger this number the larger the deposit I would suggest) to be credited 100% to the buyer if house is not provided with vacant possession.
