Hello Bigger Pockets!

I know a total of eight people lived in both units before we purchased the home and now it's just my fiance & I who live in the bigger unit and four people upstairs.

Hi BP,I'm excited to have found Bigger Pockets and have been on a BP podcast binge for two weeks now.

He does know that He won't get paid until we close on a home and he does see the bigger picture, with that said, does anyone have any advice for me that I could give him to motivate him to find these properties without having to get out and drive/bike for dollars everyday other than using the mls.
