Since affordability is increasingly becoming a critical issue, I want to be able to pass on the savings to homeowners.

Many downtown markets are looking good for the type of product you are looking to do and within the next year or so we will be trying our hand at this type of project as well.

If the property stays vacant you can afford to make the payments.Go to a family member or friend and borrow money to buy the property at least you do not have to worry about an expiring contract.

There are many other members who have products or books which are offered for sale and they can not give all the info in those items away or they would lose all sales.

At some point, those people that actually are productive are going to say ENOUGH!

On the other hand UAE especially Dubai and Abu Dhabi has wealth of different property mortgage products available, real estate investors need to carefully consider payments terms, installment rates and interest rate.

But it is worth trying; where are values compared to LONG term trends, Where is pricing relative to rents, where are prices relative to household income and affordability?
