I did end up attending the last Colorado Springs investors meeting at third space coffee and plan to keep going to those! 

Attend REI groups and meetups and network with other experienced investors.Start with finding cash buyers.

I try to attend every month, it’s a great time.Raleigh itself is a hot market and at least to me, cash flow is difficult here.

I am interested in attending your REI meeting.  

I've been to quite a few ACRE Beaver meetings but no longer attend because I have an obligation every month that is at the same time as the meetings.

Then you sign a normal lease with a tenant.You do not have to be a licensed PM to do this.I just attended a seminar on this very topic.

I plan on attending local meetings to meet more people as I'm not native to the Leavenworth KS area.All advice is greatly appreciated please send more!
