Hasn't real estate essentially been frozen especially on the south shore?

I am usually handling our off-shore investments, and those numbers are typically higher than the Cash on Cash returns in the United States.

It will depend on if they need to shore/jack up the foundation on one side as well, things like that can up the costs beyond just repairing the damaged area.

I know that temporary structures, think large,tall greenhouse type structures are considered temporary and not subject in WI to all the zoning regulations and code requirements of a permanent structure.

To clarify, you don't need a special use permit on Kauai if your property is located in one of Kauai's Visitor Destination Areas (VDAs), which are, generally, Princeville on the North Shore, Poipu on the South Shore and the resort areas of Kapaa/Wailua and Lihue.

The hottest area on Long Island would be the south shore of Nassau Co., look for areas that have an easy commute to the city.
