I have a website, blog, linked in, twitter that I hardly use and a few other social things.

I started doing assistant work like monitoring his social media sites, responding to inquiries on listings that he had and eventually, I became better at office tasks and started to learn a lot about social media marketing( which I was always interested in and have a background in).

The agents who lean on the social obligation implied among their circles and throw stuff on the MLS without a thought to the process or how to best accomplish the goals of the client are worth . . . . a $300 flat fee?  

They're in their 70's with nothing but social security for their retirement.

I'm thinking of heading to a 500 Club meeting in Old Town Temecula Tomorrow, and the following Wednesday I'm hosting a social event at Peltzer Winery.

My current responsibilities include business development, HVAC sales, estimation, project management and management of our company social media.On a professional level I can assist with anything HVAC related for a home, commercial building or industrial facility.

My focus ideally would be on people who have believed in the traditional model of saving in 410K plans and hoping for social security or younger people who are starting to realize that in a gig economy where automation is reducing employment every year, they will have to plan much shorter than the traditional 40-year work life.
