If my girlfriend ends up living with me, we will ahve to figure that out, they get along, but if she moves in, I imagine it will no longer make sense to have him for the extra income, unless i finish the attic/basement, to add more space.

If someone comes to me about using him, I'll typically handle the contracts and payment through my business...but I'll ultimately oversee his efforts and if there are any issues, the other person can come directly to me.Basically, I only get involved in I feel my reputation is on the line or if the work is complicated enough that having me involved will be a benefit.
