I went for final walk through this morning and sellers family has done nothing to pack or move their belongings and they have ALOT of stuff.

I'm always thinking of what people need during the move in process when "important" stuff may still be packed up.  

They will push other work aside for us, not because we have a lot of units (we do), but because good paying landlords are their bread and butter business.One of our tenants last year, his unit packed up overnight, none too please he called in the morning.

I have found a 3 pack of houses that look very good when I run the numbers.

They packed up all their belongings and drove to their new place and wow!  

The entire house was packed with garbage - floor to ceiling!

There is nothing you can do either, they pack up and leave the country.

I would love to send him packing but per lease agreement he hasn't broken the contract.

Check to see how much storage units or RV storage/garages cost in your area per month, that are about the size of the garage.
