You can't believe everything you see on tv anyway.I would suggest talking to some people locally who have built large construction projects like you are doing and ask them as many questions as possible and seek their advice.

But from everything I hear, you will be hard pressed to find them in your area (or really any area with high cost of living).

I agree Michael, similar to these drugs advertised on TV, the side effects are often worse than the ailment you currently have!

As for Prognosticator Preston, he may get some free press out of his predictions however I prefer to get my information from more trusted sources that are really in the real estate business doing deals who can support their predictions with solid data.
