You can't believe everything you see on tv anyway.I would suggest talking to some people locally who have built large construction projects like you are doing and ask them as many questions as possible and seek their advice.

I'd like to attribute my tenant's lack of cleanliness and care to their busy schedules, however when I come around most of them are sitting around watching tv, doing nothing at all.

The noise was minimal, as we only allowed 2 riders at a time (they are freestyle riders that do the dangerous tricks you see on tv).

So it seems we have two people who don't know how to do this using realtor.com - here's how.1. go to http://www.realtor.com/2. select the "recently sold" button / tab3. enter property info - just a zip code or specific address4. press the search button (the magnifying glass icon)Let me know if that doesn't work for you :)You'll still have to filter for beds, baths, and square footage, but an agent has to do that too.

As for Prognosticator Preston, he may get some free press out of his predictions however I prefer to get my information from more trusted sources that are really in the real estate business doing deals who can support their predictions with solid data.
